According to the principle of putting population safety and health first, it is a fact and fair, but we also need to combat abuses, preventive measures must be adopted, lockdown, it is in the interest of some people and many of them think more about the diversion for electoral purposes than about the world population itself.

- a) to fight the coronavirus; with planning and strategy;
- b) to reduce excesses and crimes of abuse — that is, the actions of those who are using the virus, to the highest favor.

There are other ways to control the evolution and increase of the virus, however, little talked about and accepted by singular interests.
- In the meantime, let's look at the side of bigger problems than the coronavirus that will be caused in the world:
- 1. Argentina is economically broken, very close to “economic chaos”, with millions losing their jobs, and it is moving towards becoming the same as Venezuela;
- 2. Brazil, which followed the head, that is, the imposition and pressure proposed by decrees of authorities, if it turns into a second, supposed wave, will show that all this paralysis only served to the country's economic bankruptcy;
- 3. Austria, Germany, France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Russia, that is, most of Europe, has been facing serious problems, airline crashes, automobile, and other sectors that are paralyzed.
- 4. Asia is facing the same problems and could collapse economically by 2022;
- 5. The United States of America is experiencing a huge viral and economic problem.
This, in fact, teaches us, through previous experiences, that “Lockdown” will not always be an effective tool, to stop the growth of the virus and what we need, in fact, is to fight the corruption that is behind this problem. .
